First stage : Collecting information and existing records of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, conducting local visits to identify defects and shortcomings, reviewing solutions for the reconstruction and improvement of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and submitting a report of the first stage.

Second stage : performing calculations and preparing executive plans of structural, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation control sections, executive plan estimation meters, initial schedule and preparation of tender documents.
